Our town recently held a kids day of sorts, something we look forward to each year we're here. They dump a truck load of sand into the main road in town as seen below (here's Lucas enjoying the sand).
One of the stores puts out a tub of water with rubber duckys to catch and win prizes (Marcus caught one quickly as seen below).
The local ice skating ring had hockey equipment out for kids to put on a play street hockey type games. Here's Marcus getting ready to "check" the cameraman into the boards.
Lucas enjoyed the hockey too.
