Brian has long been talking to his dad about going hunting together sometime. Brian's dad did a lot of hunting when he was younger but Brian had never gone. So Brian put in for the hunt and drew for hunting a deer buck. Brian's parents flew out for Halloween and the hunt. It was a lot of patient waiting and in the end they saw nothing to shoot at. It was good father and son time though for sure. Here's Brian with his rifle.

We did just a little bit of hiking with Brian's parents. If you click on this picture from the blog website to see it bigger you can try to find Brian and the boys in the photo.
The kids enjoyed the time with their grandparents for sure.
